A few months ago, I needed extra materials for a kindergarten student who was a little more advanced than the rest of her small reading group. I needed a simple sight word activity that could be added to her nightly homework. Thank goodness for The Moffatt Girls! These no prep sight word packets were EXACTLY what I was looking for. The activities were simple, creative and most importantly...fun! My little kindergartner looked forward to getting a new Super Sight Word sheet everyday and took pride in adding new words to her vocabulary. If your students are more advanced than mine, no worries! The Moffatt Girls have tons of similar activities for grades PreK-2. Overall, Annie Moffatt has one of the best TpT Stores I think you're going to find and I'm so grateful for her hard work and awesome resources! What are your go-to resources for sight word practice? Have you used The Moffatt Girls’ packets in your classroom? Which set is your favorite? How do you differentiate sight word practice for advanced learners? What homework activities do your students enjoy most? How do you keep sight word learning fun and stress-free? Please leave your comments below. Your feedback is always appreciated.
