I'm absolutely over the moon right now! After doing a little searching, I've finally discovered my resources being used in other classrooms. This is the moment I've been waiting for. Before launching TheTeacherTreasury.com and opening my TpT Store, fellow teachers at my school and after school programs would often ask for copies of the resources I created for my students. At the time, I never really thought about selling my materials because I understood having a tight budget and lacking essential resources. It made me all warm and fuzzy inside to create something valuable for other educators and give it to them for free. This probably explains why my current ratio of free to paid products is 59:4. | I've had hundreds of amazing reviews on TpT and although I don't always have time to reply to every comment, they always warm my heart and are immensely appreciated. I also want to give thanks to the teachers who've gone out of their way to post photos of their students using materials from TheTeacherTreasury.com and providing outstanding feedback! Last November, Joy in the Journey posted "Sparking Student Motivation: M&M Math!", which included a recap of her students completing the Fun Fractions with M&Ms activity. |
Towards the end of last school year, Love to Teach also included a few photos of her class learning about fractions using this same free download. |
This past winter, Classroom Game Nook promoted Scattergories: A Creative Word Work Game for Kids for her Friday Feature. I love this collage she put together for the activity and the added idea of using lettered index cards for students to select at the beginning of the game.
The teacher testimonials I've accumulated over the past year or so have truly encouraged me to create more materials to share with others. I know it's been awhile since I've posted new products, but I assure you there's more to come in the near future.
I want to thank each and every one of you who have purchased and downloaded my resources and those who share my products via social media. I hope to see my activities being used in more and more classrooms across the world. In the mean time, feel free to let me know what you think about my creations and how you've used them with your students!

Teacher Reviews from TpT
Here are just a handful of reviews from my TpT Store
"I saw another teacher use this and had to get it! It is a very comprehensive assessment and gave me ideas for mini-lessons to lead up to it. Very nice work. Thanks!" - Cathy B. "I like the way you included the addition facts in with the identification of even and odd...also like the various ways to assess students--true/false, explaining, etc Nice job! Thank you for the useful assessment!! :-)" - Amy Flesch |
"A great way to end my fractions lessons with my first placement class - I'm sure they won't even realize they are still doing fractions!" - Buyer "I was looking for a really cool way to do the homework portion of my observation next week. I am going to use this as their homework and start it in class, my few students who have learning disabilities and don't want to do work will love this HW when I tell them they can eat m&m's if they finish in class. thanks." - Buyer |
"WOW! What an awesome lesson! Thank you for sharing this wonderfully creative and effective strategy with everyone. I'm following all of your suggestions for implementation. My students will love it!" - Buyer "Great way to keep the kids moving at different stations and reviewing the skills. Thanks for creating this." - Buyer "This is a great lesson! Students are able to walk around purposely while learning a skill that they are going to need for the rest of their lives. Can't wait to share with my colleagues! The only problem might be printing the pictures in color, but a little sacrifice for such a well, thought out lesson is worth it! Thank you!" - Buyer |

Thank you for all the time you took to make it and for blessing us with it being free!" - Amy Brown "Thank you very much for all this WONDERFUL math work!
