Multiplication Boxes: Fill in the Missing Number (Differentiated Instruction)
Directions: Fill in the missing numbers to complete the number sentences.
I noticed that some students can feel overwhelmed by too many small math problems on a page, which can lead to frustration and disengagement. I decided to differentiate the math instruction for some students by organizing the problems into fewer, larger boxes so that students were able to complete each section more quickly and feel a sense of accomplishment along the way. Plus, it's a great way to promote confidence and motivation for those who may be struggling more than others.
