The MSELA Summit hasn’t even officially started yet, but early bird ticket holders are already tuning in — and the feedback I’ve been receiving has completely filled my heart. I always say that my mission is to create meaningful, supportive resources for educators and reading these early responses has been the most powerful reminder that I’m truly walking in that purpose. Here are just a few of the kind and thoughtful comments I’ve received so far: Coming from high school to middle school this year, I’ve been really nervous about not knowing what I need to know for these younger students. Thank you for sharing your experiences with the very young kids because now I have a sense of where my 5th / 6th graders are actually coming from. This is probably my favorite session so far because I needed to hear a lot of this I think. I’m the only reading teacher in my tiny school. I have 3rd–5th grade with some kids reading at a 1st grade level / others reading almost at a high school level. Thank you for the free printables!" Reading these heartfelt comments is incredibly humbling and affirming. I pour so much into the resources I create because I know how hard teachers work — and how challenging it can be to find the right tools for the students who need the most support. Knowing that my session resonated, that the printables and scaffolding strategies made sense, and that teachers walked away with renewed confidence and practical ideas... I honestly couldn’t ask for more. If you haven’t watched my session yet, I hope you will! There’s still time to join the MSELA Summit for FREE or grab an All-Access Pass so you can watch at your own pace. Whether you’re in the classroom or homeschooling, I truly believe you’ll walk away with tools you can use right away.
